These objectives are achieved through the following implementation mechanisms: ? National Transport, Health and Environment Action Plans (NTHEAPs) ? THE PEP Relay Race ? THE PEP Partnerships ? THE PEP Academy. THE PEP work plan 2014?2019 is implemented in close cooperation with national and international governmental and non-governmental stakeholders, including local and municipal authorities, youth organizations, research organizations and academia, such as the Joint Transport and Research Center of the International Transport Forum (ITF). The beneficiaries of THE PEP are countries of the UNECE region.
